  • In the spirit of Theodore Roosevelt's adventurous legacy, the Roosevelt Leather Travel Padfolio in amber brown is the blend of refinement and resilience. Crafted from full-grain water buffalo leather with a leather and suede interior, it is the padfolio for the man who still takes notes by hand.

    Inside, it holds a standard 8.5 by 11.75 writing pad in the slot on the right, or a planner or calendar on the left. Two credit card slots, an ID or business card slot, and a map slot keep the small things in order, and open leather pockets on both sides hold documents, a boarding pass, or a folded contract. Nylon stitching holds it all together for years of meetings and miles.

    Closed it measures 12.5 by 10 inches, open 12.5 by 20.5. Amber Brown is the warmer, lighter tone in the Roosevelt lineup. It shows its patina early and wears it proudly.

    This full-grain water buffalo leather is susceptible to light natural scratching. It is normal and expected, and it blends into the patina as the leather ages.

    What's the difference between Amber Brown and Dark Oak?

    Same water buffalo hide, same construction, same hardware. Amber Brown is a warmer, lighter tone that develops a more visible patina over time. Dark Oak is a deeper, more uniform brown that ages with subtlety.

    What's the warranty?

    A one year warranty covers stitching, hardware, and structural defects. Normal patina, scratches, and wear marks are not covered because they are part of how the leather is meant to age.
