Thanks for your inquiry about personalization. Unfortunately, we are not able to do custom monogramming or engraving on our products. But, we find that every town has a local leather shop and local engraver that can help if you were to do a quick search.

Unfortunately, we are unable to include personal messages or notes in our packages - even if they are gifts. If you would like to add a message or card to your package we recommend having the order shipped to your personal address first.

This happens sometimes when customers put in a different email address or mistype their email address when they place an order. Please contact support@buffalojackson.com or call us at 1-800-644-0340

We understand that there are times you might not like your product, and we offer a 30 day window to return your product for a full refund if in unused and perfect condition (less original shipping fees). If you would like to return your item, there is no restocking fee, but you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers. Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. All returns must be RECEIVED 30 days after purchase date in order to receive a refund.  After that date, a store credit will be issued.


Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
