Step 1: Click on the Request Return Link located at the bottom of the page.

Enter your Order ID # located on your confirmation email. Enter the email address you used when checking out (this will be the same email that your confirmation order was sent to). Follow the instructions and fill out the information on the Request Returns page. 

Step 2: Wait for your Return Request to be approved

Return requests are processed daily. We will review your return and approve your requests within 24-48 hours with an email notification. Please note, a prepaid return label is not provided. If you have a question or problem with your order, please contact customer service - 1-800-644-0340 or

Once your request is approved, you can follow the link in the email back to complete the final steps of printing your return packing slip to include with your return.


Step 3: Print Return Packing Slip

Once the request is approved, please ship your item back to the address included on the email. All returns must be RECEIVED 30 days after the purchase date in order to receive a full refund (less original shipping fees). After that date, a store credit will be issued.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified when we receive your package and if there is any action on our part (refund, exchange, etc...)
