UPDATED RETURN POLICY (Effective 2/25/26)
We've updated our return policy to better protect against short-term use and returns, while continuing to serve our customers with fairness and clarity.
While most orders under $3,000 remain free of restocking fees, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee on:
• Orders of $3,000 or more
• Any orders placed by costume, production, or wardrobe companies without prior approval
This ensures we can continue offering premium products while protecting against misuse.
We've also streamlined our gift return process. All gift returns will now be issued as store credit only.
Returns must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.
Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt to qualify for a refund. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
There are no restocking fees for most orders under $3,000. For orders of $3,000 or more, we reserve the right to implement a 20% restocking fee.
For orders placed by costume, wardrobe, production, or other commercial-use entities without prior written approval from Buffalo Jackson Customer Service, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee regardless of order total.
Gift returns will be processed as store credit only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.
Return requests are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.

Yes! A prepaid shipping label is provided for ALL exchange requests (International Orders Excluded). We also offer discounted return labels for purchase if needed. Please note, if you would like to use the carrier of your choice, that is an option as well.
