My only concern is that one of the zippers has a significant drag and feels unpleasant to use. I reached out to customer service and was told, “one zipper will work better than the other. We would suggest only using the best zipper to open and close the bag. ” They kindly provided a free zipper lube stick, but unfortunately it hasn’t made a noticeable difference with the problematic zipper."
