"The vest was overall fine, but in my opinion, the zipper was of a low quality that would break over time. There were some 'fit' issues, but that is more personal preference than about quality. The bigger issue for me was when I went to return it [I didn't like the zipper, I didn't like the placement of the pockets, and I didn't like the fit]. Had to leave a voicemail, to which I quickly got an email explaining how to handle the return. Seemed weird, but okay. I would have thought someone on the other end would want to learn more about why something was returned, but maybe not. Then came the kicker. If I were to return this item [which was only worn once to see if I like it], not only would I have to pay the shipping, but they would not return the sales tax that I paid on the original product. On sale, the vest cost $135.95. Add the shipping and sales tax, it ended up being $163.43. Upon returning it, they would refund $135.95. In other words, between the shipping and the lost sales tax, it would cost me $27.48 to make the return. I decided to buy what was in my opinion a better vest from Carhartt for $89 + tax. And if I don't like it, they'll return the entire purchase price and pay for the return shipping. For me, it's a no brainer. Customer service is as much a part of the product as the product itself. Just my opinion."
