This month we are proud to share the stories of Buffalo Jackson patrons who carry our leather goods in their daily lives. We believe that our leather goods only get better with age and that each scratch and mark of patina carry the stories of who you are and where you've been. We brought in a group of longtime Buffalo Jackson patrons to hear more about their bags and the stories they carry.

Q. What’s your favorite family memory?
A. My favorite family memory is going to our cabin in Northern Minnesota. Over the summer, we would go almost every weekend with no agenda once we got there. It had a huge difference on me then and has shaped a lot who I am now, I think. My brother and I rode dirt bikes, learned how to shoot guns, start fires, and so much more. It was an uninterrupted time together with my family that laid a foundation for so many memories. There wasn't anything super nice about the house or toys, but that almost makes the memories fonder.
Q. What do you like about your Buffalo Jackson bag?
A. I get excited to travel by car because I know I get to pack in the bag! It has the perfect amount of space to pack for three or four days while not feeling like your bursting at the seems or like you are way under packed. I really like thinking about how I got this bag when I was eighteen but will probably have it when I'm forty; it has taken a beating but still has so much life left in it. I'm only twenty, but when I use it, I swear I feel like I'm this super sage old man.

Q. What do you like about your Buffalo Jackson bag?
A. I am not a big designer handbag kind of girl and prefer the more rugged, yet stylish, look of the BJTC bags. They fit my personal style and lifestyle. I also do not change up my bags often, so when I get one, I really use it. That being said, these bags and wallets still look as good today as when I got them - which tells you how durable and well made they are. Last but not least is the leather. I LOVE the leather - the colors, the feel, the quality...the smell. You know it's good leather when it has that "good leather smell"
