Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days and up to 45 days from date of purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days. No restocking fees. Gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable. Once an order is placed we do our best to ship it as soon as possible. For standard ground shipping please allow approximately 7 - 10 days for delivery based on your location. We ship from our warehouse located in NC. For ground express please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping should deliver within 1 - 3 business days. Please note that only Expedited shipping will ship same day if the order is placed prior to 2pm EST. If placed after 2pm EST the order would ship next business day. Our warehouse facility does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks for your inquiry about personalization. Unfortunately, we are not able to do custom monogramming or engraving on our products. We find that every town has a local leather shop and local engraver that can help if you were to do a quick search.

Unfortunately, we are unable to include personal messages or notes in our packages - even if they are gifts. If you would like to add a message or card to your package we recommend having the order shipped to your personal address first.

We understand that there are times you may need to return your product and we offer a 30 day window to return the item for a refund if in unused and perfect condition (less original shipping fees). If you would like to return your item, there is no restocking fee, however you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us. Please allow 5 - 7 business days after receipt for us to process your request.

We currently ship internationally to Canada and the UK. For international shipments, we ship via USPS and FedEx. Shipping times may vary from what is shown on the rate. Customer is responsible for duties & taxes.

Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday 9 - 5 EST. We do not ship over the weekend or observed holidays. (Ex: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc.)

If your tracking number does not show an updated delivery scan, we require a 21 day waiting period to allow the carrier time to deliver the order. After 21 days, if there are no updates from the carrier, please notify us and we will reship your order with a signature required for delivery.

If your tracking number shows delivery but you did not receive your order - our policy would be to reship the order with a signature required for delivery or issue store credit for the purchase.
