All gift returns must be requested through the original order placed. No changes can be made such as email address to an order that has been completed. To request the return, please have the original order number and email address listed on the order.

Thanks for your inquiry about personalization. Unfortunately, we are not able to do custom monogramming or engraving on our products. But, we find that every town has a local leather shop and local engraver that can help if you were to do a quick search.
Unfortunately, we are unable to include personal messages or notes in our packages - even if they are gifts. If you would like to add a message or card to your package we recommend having the order shipped to your personal address first.

We understand that there are times you might not like your product, and we offer a 30 day window to return your product for a full refund if in unused and perfect condition (less original shipping fees). If you would like to return your item, there is no restocking fee, but you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.
