Cannot be "filled" - Wont latch
"The bag is nice over all. . . however, there is not enough space or room for the top flap to allow anything to separate the top of the bad and allow the latch to still connect. You cannot "stuff" this bag AT ALL. Anything slightly too wide, and the bag wont latch, which means you cannot carry it using the handle."
