Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.
• Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the zip code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order.
• You can also track your order online or by calling us at 1-800-644-0340. Some orders that contain multiple items may be received in separate packages. If you have a question about multiple packages, please contact us at orders@buffalojackson.com

 Returns & Replacements

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Buffalo Jackson. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 45 Days after purchase if the following conditions are met:

• All items must be unworn.
• All Items must be in their original packaging.
• You must include the RA authorization # and Print the RA Packing Slip and place it in the box with they items you are returning/exchanging. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our same great Return Policy applies to items purchased from our Sale section.

We offer the following simple steps to return your items:

Although we make every effort to be in stock for your order, popular items do become temporarily unavailable, or “backordered,” at times. If any item in your purchase is backordered you will be notified ASAP.
