Returns
Step 1: Click on the Request Return Link located at the bottom of the page.
Enter your Order ID # located on your confirmation E-mail. Enter the email address you used when checking out (this will be the same email that your confirmation was sent to).
Click Submit
Follow the instructions and fill out the information on the Request Returns page.
Click Submit again
Step 2: Wait for your Return Request to be approved
Return requests are processed daily. Someone will be in contact with you within 48 hours. Once your return has been approved you will receive an email notification. Please follow the link in the email back to your return request to complete the final steps.
Step 3: Print Return Packing Slip
Please click on the "Print Packing Slip" button to view and print your return label. Place this label inside your return package and send the package to:

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified when we recieve your package and if there is any action on our part (refund, exchange, etc...)
