What is Eligible

Our products are guaranteed through a one year warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects such as rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on our products. Coverage is void if damage is caused by unreasonable wear or neglect, normal wear and tear, damage from personal contents from within, or if you’ve changed your mind. Products purchased from any retailer other than through our online store are not eligible for coverage. Final Sale items are not protected by Buffalo Jackson’s warranty policy and are not returnable.

Repairs will be made whenever possible, but, subject to the availability of necessary parts and materials. We will make every effort to match the original color style of your product, however, we cannot guarantee that repaired items will be an exact match to the original. If your product was purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.
