We offer two convenient shipping methods so you can choose the speed that works best for your order:

Ground Shipping: Our standard shipping method. Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped via ground service at the best available rate to your location.

Ground Express Shipping:Our premium shipping service. Orders with Ground Express are prioritized in our fulfillment queue—moving to the front of the line for preparation and packaging. We also review carrier rates to find the fastest delivery options to your location, helping you receive your order as quickly as possible within our shipping window.

All returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from the receipt of purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. There are no restocking fees for orders under $3,500. However, we reserve the right to implement a 20% restocking fee for orders over $3,500. Gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. A prepaid shipping label is provided for ALL exchange requests (International Orders Excluded). We also offer discounted return labels for purchase if needed.  Please note, if you would like to use the carrier of your choice, that is an option as well. All gift returns must be requested through the original order placed. To request the return, please have the original order number and email address listed on the order. All gift returns are eligible for a store credit to the gift recipient or a refund back to the original form of payment.

For eligible holiday purchases made November 1st through December 18th:

Returns must be in unused and unworn condition, and will be accepted if in transit or received by January 10, 2025.

For purchases made after December 18th, our standard return policy and 30 day return window applies.

We understand that there are times you may need to return your product and we offer a 30 day window to return the item for a refund if in unused and perfect condition (less original shipping fees). If you would like to return your item, there is no restocking fee, however you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us. A prepaid shipping label is provided for ALL exchange requests (International Orders Excluded). We also offer discounted return labels for purchase if needed. Please note, if you would like to use the carrier of your choice, that is an option as well. Please allow 5 - 7 business days after receipt for us to process your request.

If your tracking number does not show an updated scan, please be patient and allow an additional 24 - 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information. Please note, international orders may take longer to update. If you still do not have an updated scan, please contact customer service via email: support@buffalojackson.com.

Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday 9 - 5 EST. We do not ship over the weekend or observed holidays. (Ex: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc.)

Once an order is placed we do our best to ship it as soon as possible.

For standard ground shipping please allow approximately 7 - 10 days for delivery based on your location. For ground express please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. We ship from our warehouse located in NC.

Please note that our warehouse facility does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to include personal messages or notes in our packages - even if they are gifts. If you would like to add a message or card to your package we recommend having the order shipped to your personal address first.

Thanks for your inquiry about personalization. Unfortunately, we are not able to do custom monogramming or engraving on our products. We find that every town has a local leather shop and local engraver that can help if you were to do a quick search.

Promotion codes must be entered at checkout to receive the applicable discount off your total eligible purchase. Promotion codes are not combinable with any other offers and are not valid on past purchases. Promotion codes are subject to change at any time.

We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and the UK. For international shipments, we ship via FedEx. Shipping times are estimates only. Customer is responsible for duties & taxes that may be charged for delivery.
