Step 1: Click on the Request Return Link located
at the bottom of the page.
Enter your Order ID # located on your confirmation E-mail. Enter the email address you used when checking out (this will be the same email that your confirmation order was sent to). Follow the instructions and fill out the information on the Request Returns page.
Return requests are processed daily. We will review your return and approve your requests within 24-48 hours with an email notification. Please note, a prepaid return label is not provided. Once your request is approved, you can follow the link in the email back to your return request to complete the final steps of printing packing slip to be included in the box.
Return requests that contain shoes, sandals, boots, and some belts will need to have a unique return authorization number written on the box that will be sent with your return approval to receive proper credit or exchange in a timely manner.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified when we receive your package and if there is any action on our part (refund, exchange, etc...)
