Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard USPS shipping on most items along with Fed-Ex for larger items. You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon your purchase and another confirmation email will be sent as the item is shipped from our warehouse with a tracking #. We ship within 48 hours during the week, and over weekends, it can take up to 72 hours. If you have any questions, email us at support@buffaloandcompany.com

Returns & Replacements

We strive to serve our customers in our products and our return policy. We offer a 60 day return policy on all items for whatever reason. If something breaks within the first year or is a defective product, we will either replace the item or fix it depending on which item.

1. Email us at support@buffaloandcompany.com with your order #, item to exchange, and the reason.

2. Our customer service representative will respond within 36 hours with a return authorization number for you to put on the outside of the package. Please do not ship the package until you receive the RA# to guarantee your exchange or refund.

Viewing Orders
